Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the file has been delivered or accessed.
Refunds (Digital Products)
We may issue a refund or replacement in these cases:

You received the wrong file or the file is corrupted and we can’t fix it

You cannot access or download the product after we troubleshoot

Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion
Non-Refundable Situations
We typically cannot offer refunds if:

You no longer want the item or expected different content/style
