REFUND POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the file has been delivered or accessed.

Refunds (Digital Products)

We may issue a refund or replacement in these cases:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order

  • You received the wrong file or the file is corrupted and we can’t fix it

  • You cannot access or download the product after we troubleshoot

  • Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion

Non-Refundable Situations

We typically cannot offer refunds if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You didn’t read the product description before buying

  • You no longer want the item or expected different content/style

  • The digital file was delivered successfully

Refund processing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.
